Refund policy

At Western Leather Wrap, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds can be requested for purchases made on westernleatherwrap.com.


1. Return Period

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Items without original packaging


3. Return Process

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The wrong product was shipped

In these cases, Western Leather Wrap will cover the return shipping cost.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for items that arrive:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

7. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

  • The packaging

  • The product

  • Any defects

We will replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.


8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.
